About Athos Strata
Athos Strata exists to achieve two goals: providing effective and timely strata management service by bringing management back to basics, and uplifting the industry by providing on the ground support to the public and advocating at the industry and government levels.
We believe the service you receive depends on how well we support our team; giving them the tools, training and time they need to focus on exceeding the needs of our clients. By empowering staff, supporting and informing committees, and delivering transparent, effective solutions, we provide an honest, ethical, and reliable service that is missing in the industry and takes the pressure off owners.

Mission
The strata industry is facing a crisis — a crisis of trust, competence, and accountability. Media exposés have revealed what many already knew; widespread malpractice, poor service standards, and predatory fee and commission structures. Owners are frustrated, committees are exhausted, and strata managers are burning out.

After nearly two decades in the industry, helping clients and the public alike push back against this treatment, Raymond Rez founded Athos Strata to be different. Not as a reactionary alternative, but as a deliberate return to what strata management should be: honest, effective, and genuinely collaborative. We exist to rebuild confidence by working in true partnership with our clients — not over them, around them, or against them.
