We also assist owners and tenants who aren't Athos clients by giving advice, drafting motions and correspondence, and providing representation at strata meetings or the NSW Civil and Administrative Tribunal.

We provide education and training on industry legal requirements, best practises and strategy so that you can best understand your scheme's rights and responsibilities.
